Skyway Concession Company, LLP (SCC) Since January 24, 2005 the Chicago Skyway toll road has been operated by the Skyway Concession Company, LLP (SCC). The Skyway Concession Company is a partnership between Cintra, S.A. who holds a 55% equity position; and, Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) who holds a 45% equity position.
