Linda found Louie's Cafe just a block or two outside the north gate of LSU.
Before finding their lunch stop they got to see lots of the LSU campus. (09.19.04)

A waitress huddle. This is where the waitresses kept an eye
on the cafe and shared conversations and bites to eat. Apparently they were

a time. (09.19.04) |

And the food was to die for. Wow. What great sandwiches.
David's po-boy had sautéed shrimp, squash, zucchini, lettuce and melted Swiss
cheese. Really, really good! Perfect! (09.19.04) |
