Rizwan Sheikh is a Scholar in Residence
at the Urban Land Institute researching issues and
trends related to infrastructure and
finance.
Sheikh graduated from New York
University’s Real Estate Institutes master’s
degree program with a focus on real estate
finance and investment.
In graduate school Sheikh
served as a valuation, and real estate
economics intern. He also worked as an
Asset/Property manager and served in the
United States Army’s Military Intelligence
Corps as a Russian Linguist. He attended the
United States Military Academy at West Point
(Civil Engineering track) and holds a BA in
Political Science (International Relations)
from Columbia University.
