This blank map page was given to
attendees at the first public hearings held by TxDOT in February
2004. Each attendee was asked to draw three lines on the map and
hand them in with their comment form. Those who drew lines as
instructed did so without the benefit landmarks such as
highways, rivers, or county boundaries. Incredibly TxDOT
compiled these coloring book pages and prepared a map that was
presented to the Texas Transportation Commission as an
indication of where Texans want TxDOT to build corridors.
