Elm Mott David was one of two featured speakers at a town hall meeting hosted by DERAIL. The meeting was in the small community of Elm Mott north of Waco, Texas. David explained the ongoing environmental impact study process related to the Trans Texas Corridor while the second speaker, an attorney, explained how the power of eminent domain will be used to take their land.
