David and Linda drafted a Resolution opposing the Trans-Texas Corridor in their Precinct that was later adopted by the County Convention and sent to this committee for consideration at the state level. At the meeting pictured the Committee adopted rules that would determine the requirements for Resolutions to be considered and how testimony would be taken. (05.31.04)

Because it was a holiday (Memorial Day) the business center at the convention center was closed. David and Linda walked to the business center at the St. Anthony Hotel where they will stay Thursday and Friday nights. (05.31.04)

GOP Texas Convention - San Antonio

Returning to the convention center David and Linda presented their 'improved & expanded' Platform Resolution and provided testimony before three different platform sub-committees. The testimony was well received by each of the committees. It is expected that the Resolution will pass from Committee and make it to the floor in the General Session where it will be debated before the state's 17,000 Delegates. (05.31.04)
