Detroit, Michigan Twenty-one Chrysler-Bell Victory Sirens. The City of Detroit placed the second order for the new Chrysler-Bell Victory Sirens (behind New York City). They ordered twenty sirens and their order was filled by October 1942. Newark, Delaware Newark, Delaware had only one Chrysler Air Raid Siren and it was donated to the Aetna Hose, Hook & Ladder Company by Chrysler who had a parts plant in their Newark fire protection district.
