Foundation ready for installation of a prefabricated tower for the Chrysler Air Raid Siren to be erected at John B. Allen Elementary School on Phinney Avenue at Sixty-Seventh Street.  John B. Allen Elementary School in background (today the building appears the same and is the Phinney Ridge Community Center. )
