Chrysler Air Raid Siren tower being erected at John B. Allen Elementary School on Phinney Avenue at Sixty-Ninth Street.  The tower was prefabricated.  Today the building in the background is a Starbucks Coffee shop (May 2003). [ photo ]  Look close and you can see the Chrysler Air Raid Siren in the lower left corner of the photograph.
