Photograph of Oakland city electrician Richard Pitman with the Oakland Woodminster siren located atop the Woodminster Amphitheater building. Note the controls, engine cover and battery compartment are all padlocked. This building is located in the Joaquin Miller Park on Joaquin Miller Road. This siren was reported to still be in place in January 2006.
