ALL CLEAR SIGNAL
The All Clear Signal consists of Three (3), One (1)
minute steady tone Signals, with Two (2) minute silence between Signals.
CAUTION
Maintain a constant pressure on Throttle Switch, any momentary release
would permit the Engine speed to vary, any variation in speed would
likewise affect the tone and might cause confusion between the "All
Clear" and "Warning" Signals.
Remote Control Operation
TO GIVE THE "ALL CLEAR" SIGNAL:
1. Move Ignition Switch to "ON" position.
2. When Signal Light GLOWS, it will indicate the
Siren Engine is running and ready for operation.
3. To give "All Clear" Signal, press Throttle
Switch "ON" maintain pressure for One minute, release to "OFF" for Two
minutes, press "ON" for One minute, release for Two minutes, press
"ON" for One minute, release.
4. Upon completion of "All Clear" Signal allow
approximately Two minutes time to elapse before moving Ignition Switch
to "OFF" position.
5. Move Ignition Switch to "OFF" position to stop Siren Engine.
Local Control Operation
TO GIVE "ALL CLEAR" SIGNAL:
1. Move Selector Switch from REMOTE to MANUAL position.
2. Pull Ignition Switch to "ON" position to start Siren Engine.
3. To give "All Clear" Signal, press Throttle
Switch "ON", maintain pressure for One minute, release to "OFF" for
Two minutes, press "ON" for One minute, release for Two minutes, press
"ON" for One minute, release.
4. Upon completion of "All Clear" Signal, allow
approximately Two minutes time to elapse before moving Ignition Switch
to "OFF" position.
5. Push Ignition Switch to "OFF" position to stop
Siren Engine.
6. Move Selector Switch from MANUAL to REMOTE position.
