Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) holds a 45% equity position in the Skyway Concession Company, LLP (SCC) in partnership with Cintra, S.A. who holds a 55% equity position. The Skyway Concession Company, LLP (SCC) operates the Chicago Skyway toll road in Illinois. 

Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) holds a 45% equity position in the ITR Concession Company, LLP (ITRCC) in partnership with Cintra, S.A. who also holds a 50% equity position. The ITR Concession Company operates the Indiana Toll Road in Indiana.

Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) holds a 30% equity position in the 407 International, Inc. in partnership with Cintra, S.A. who holds a 53.23% equity position and SNC Lavalin who holds a 16.77% equity position. 407 International, Inc. operates 407 ETR in Canada.
