March '04 TTC Public Hearing
Open to All Interested Persons

TxDOT has agreed to honor Fayette County Judge Ed Janecka's request for another Public Hearing. This follows a Public Hearing that was previously held at 6pm on February 25, 2004 (Ash Wednesday) at the TxDOT offices in LaGrange. That hearing was attended by more than 70 interested citizens. During the meeting the TxDOT District Engineer conducting the meeting declined to answer any public questions about the Trans Texas Corridor.

The March meeting will be held on Tuesday March 23, 2004, at 7:00 pm, at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 190 S Brown Street, LaGrange (Fayette County). CorridorWatch.org confirmed today (with TxDOT) that TxDOT Executive Director Michael Behrens, P.E., will be in attendance. [bio]
 

Trans Texas Corridor Hearing March 23, 2004, (Tuesday) at  7:00 pm Knights of Columbus Hall 190 S Brown Street LaGrange (Fayette County). Located near the Courthouse Square in LaGrange, the Knights of Columbus hall is 4 blocks west of US Highway 77 and 1 block south of Highway 71-Business.

This meeting will be open to all interested citizens. CorridorWatch.org encourages your attendance.

At 10:19 a.m. March 9, 2004, TxDOT added the LaGrange Public Hearing to the list of hearings on their Trans Texas Corridor website. [link]
