I ran into the hail storm on the way to work.  Stopping under an oak tree for some degree of shelter, I took this photograph.  It almost looks black and white.  It was more hail than I had ever seen falling at one time and it sounded like a continuous load of gravel being dropped on a tin roof.  (04.24.03)
