Many roads and bridges throughout Fayette County were closed due to flooding today.  Fast moving currents make these crossings particularly dangerous.  Yesterday we had 1.69" of rain at the farm. Altogether we have had 2.44" at the farm since Wednesday.  Some places in Fayette and Washington counties received more than 6-inches on Thursday.  (02.21.03)
