David emptied this rain gauge at 11pm Tuesday night and this is what it looks like at 8am Wednesday morning!  That's 4.8 inches.  When it was emptied at 11pm it had collected 1.9 inches since 8am that morning.  Altogether, in the 24-hours ending Wednesday morning we collected 6.7 inches of rain.  All of the creeks were full to capacity in and around Fayetteville and Ellinger.  (10.09.02)
